Villa Victoria is a classic Basque/French Revival retrofit, completed in collaboration with Estaun Architectures and LPBI.

The project carefully preserves the character, proportions, and charm of the original structure while introducing refined contemporary interventions with clarity and restraint. Rooted in its Basque heritage, the design relishes the architectural origins of the region through a contemporary lens, combining traditional character with cutting-edge techniques, craftsmanship, and material expression.
