Modernation was formed in 2021 to help rejuvenate the UK's ageing housing stock.
We buy distressed properties to re-design, rebuild, and bring back onto the market. Modernation creates modern, attractive interior and exterior solutions that address today’s housing space and energy needs.
We are based in London and have already completed various projects on houses in Kingston Upon Thames and Wimbledon Park.
Modernation works with end-users and home buyers as clients, as well as with professional services from architects and structural engineers, to fulfil Your Design Needs.
